If you have worked the hot end — gob inspection, swabbing, IS machine, forming supervisor, hot-end superintendent, plant manager, VP Operations — and want to apply that experience across container glass plants worldwide, we should talk.

What we look for

10+ years in container glass operations
At least 5 years on the hot end
One full furnace campaign — commissioning, run, rebuild — end to end
One job change campaign in your career where you owned the standard, not just executed it
Comfortable on a plant floor at 3 a.m. on a bad shift
Vendor-neutral by temperament — not just by contract

What we don't look for

MBAs with no plant experience
Consultants whose container glass exposure was a single audit
Junior analysts who would otherwise learn at clients' expense
Current OEM / mould / coating vendor commercial relationships
